After spending her childhood in Egypt and New Jersey trying nearly every single sport in the book, and quitting them all immediately (with the exception of 2.5 years of Softball), Salma is thrilled to have found passion in the arts.  Performing is what she loves most, but writing and directing have a special place in her heart as well. Some might call her too ambitious for pursuing all these things at once, but she insists it's just her Sagittarius nature mixed with being excessively spoiled as an only child with an Italian nonna.
 

In addition to her artistic endeavors, Salma also enjoys teaching, traveling, and language exchange.
